Ribs In Air Fryer Recipe

These air fryer ribs are incredibly quick to prepare, tender, and generously coated with a delectable barbecue sauce. The speedy cooking time is one of my favorite aspects of this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork ribs baby back ribs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 195C/380F.
  • Start by removing the membrane from the rack of ribs and cut them into three sections.
  • Pat the ribs dry and generously season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, mustard powder, and salt.
  • Wrap each rib section tightly in aluminum foil and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes.
  • Carefully take the ribs out of the air fryer and discard the foil. Coat the ribs thoroughly with barbecue sauce.
  • Return the ribs to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Once done, let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your perfectly cooked air fryer ribs!

Notes

To Store: Keep leftover ribs covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
To Freeze: After cooling, place the ribs in a shallow container and freeze them for up to two months.
To Reheat: Warm the ribs in the air fryer for a few minutes or microwave them for 20-30 seconds.
