Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce rinsed, dried, and chopped
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped
  • 1 6-ounce can pitted black olives
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a spacious bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, diced tomatoes, pitted black olives, chopped green bell pepper, chopped red bell pepper, and thinly sliced red onion. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the mixture.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, dried oregano, and a dash of ground black pepper until well blended. Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients, toss thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly coated, and serve immediately.
