Start by preheating your oven to 425°F. Ensure the wings are thoroughly dried using a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
In a large bowl, combine the wings with baking powder, flour, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the mixture.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil and placing parchment paper on top. Arrange the wings in a single, even layer on the sheet.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Afterward, flip them over and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the wings achieve a crispy and golden-brown finish.
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, fresh parsley, seasoned salt, black pepper, and hot sauce.
Once the wings are cooked, toss them with half of the prepared sauce, ensuring they are well coated.
Increase the oven temperature to 475°F, then return the wings to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes. This will allow them to become even more golden and crispy. For an extra crispy finish, you may broil them for the last couple of minutes.
Finally, remove the wings from the oven and toss them with the remaining sauce. Garnish with additional parmesan and fresh parsley before serving.
