  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 pinch paprika or to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients and begin by peeling the hard-cooked eggs.
  • Slice each egg lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, setting the whites aside for later use.
  • In a small bowl, mash the yolks thoroughly with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, onion, and celery to the mashed yolks. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Season with salt according to your taste.
  • Using either a spoon or a piping bag, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
