  • 2-3 green onions finely diced
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped

Instructions

  • Begin by placing the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream into a food processor. Add the finely diced green onions, chopped parsley, and dill. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
  • Pulse the mixture until it achieves a smooth and creamy consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt and pepper if necessary. Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover it, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Before serving, you may garnish the dip with additional fresh herbs for a touch of color and flavor. Present the chilled dip alongside an assortment of raw vegetables, potato chips, and crackers, offering a variety of textures and flavors for dipping. Notes

You can substitute fresh herbs with dried herbs. Use 2 teaspoons of dried dill and 4 teaspoons of dried parsley if opting for dried herbs.
Storage: When refrigerated in an airtight container, this dip stays fresh for up to 4 days.
Make ahead: This dip actually tastes better the day after it's made, as the flavors have time to meld together. I typically prepare this dip the night before I plan to serve it.
