Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients using a food processor or blender to achieve a cohesive mixture (hand mixing is not recommended, as the balls may not hold their shape). Once the ingredients are thoroughly blended, shape the mixture into small, compact balls. The natural oils in coconut will coat your hands, a benefit commonly celebrated for softening the skin.
  • If desired, roll the formed balls in additional shredded coconut for a decorative touch. Arrange them on a plate lined with parchment or wax paper, then refrigerate or freeze until firm.
