Ingredients

  • 400 g carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 small potato peeled and chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 600 ml vegetable or chicken stock
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ small bunch coriander

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, except the fresh coriander, into your soup maker. Ensure the total volume does not exceed the appliance's maximum fill line. Select the 'smooth soup' function and allow the machine to process the ingredients.
  • Once the cycle is complete, taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add the fresh coriander and blend again until it is fully incorporated. Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional coriander if desired, for a vibrant and comforting meal.
