Instructions
Place the blueberries, banana, orange, and ¾ cup of milk into a blender. Add any of the optional ingredients, like nut butter, seeds, or sweetener, if desired.
Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. If you find the smoothie is too thick, pour in a bit more milk and blend again until it reaches your preferred consistency. For an extra chill, add a few ice cubes and blend until the smoothie is icy cold and perfectly smooth. Enjoy immediately!
