Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 oz Salmon Filet cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Rice Bowl

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice any kind works
  • 1/2 Avocado diced or sliced
  • 1/4 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup Mini Cucumbers sliced
  • 1/4 cup Edamame cooked
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari or Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • Sesame Seeds optional for garnish

Instructions

Salmon

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F. Remove the skin from the salmon filets and cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, season the cubed salmon with kosher salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  • Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F. Alternatively, you can pan-fry the salmon over medium-high heat in a skillet for the same duration if preferred.

Rice Bowl

  • Start by placing the cooked rice into the bowl as the base layer. Add the cooked salmon, avocado, mini cucumbers, and edamame on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until well combined. Drizzle the soy sauce over the bowl, then garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
