On a rimmed tray, combine the panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the eggs, and place the flour in a separate small bowl.
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
Take each onion ring and coat it with flour, making sure to shake off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs and then into the panko mixture, ensuring it's thoroughly coated. Place each ring on a large plate.
